Free 3d models from HQ Grass 1 includes 2 scenes with beautiful grass and flowers (for VRay and Mental ray). You need 3ds max 9 to open VRay scene and 3ds max 2009 to open Mental Ray scene (because there is no MR Photographic Exposure Control in 3ds max 9).
